Medicine for your Feet! I am in internal medicine and aviation medicine. I see patients with peripheral vascular and neuropathy problems as part of my medical practice. Might I suggest an area of marketing of which you might already be aware..... that falls within my aviation medicine discipline. I suggest to patients take along a pair of heavy wieght tennis socks on long intercontinental flights.....take off shoes and slip these over regular hose....and "pad" around the aircraft in comfort. Your socks,with sole friction, would be ideal and could be sold in airport mall shops. At the other end of the trip they make an ideal cushion sock for the walking / standing-around tourist.
