Protecting your privacy is important to Doris International Inc. (referred to as "Doris"). This Web Site Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how Doris collects, uses, and discloses the personal information you may provide while using the Doris web site www.kushyfoot.com (the "Web Site") or when sending an e-mail or other electronic communications ("Electronic Communications"). Non-Identifiable Information - Like many other web sites, the Web Site automatically collects certain non-identifiable information regarding Web Site users, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, the IP address of your Internet Service Provider, the date and time you access the Web Site, the Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to the Web Site, the operating system you are using, the sections of the Web Site you visit, the Web Site pages read and images viewed, and the content you download from the Web Site. This non-identifiable information is used for Web Site and system administration purposes and to improve the Web Site. Email from Doris – If you contact Doris via Electronic Communications or otherwise indicate that you would like to receive email from Doris, then Doris may send to you, from time to time, email or other communications containing information about Doris, its products and services and other matters Doris believes will interest you. At any time you may ask Doris to stop sending you email and other information by contacting customerinfo@kushyfoot.com. Also, each email Doris sends to you will tell you how to decline further unsolicited email. From time to time Doris may also send to you email containing important information regarding the Web Site, which you may not opt out of receiving.
   

7. Disclosure of Your Personal Information - Doris may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

   (i) Disclosure to Service Providers - In order to process transactions, Doris must disclose some of your personal information to certain service providers, such as your credit card issuer, the product handler and the delivery service. Before personal information is disclosed, the service provider will agree with Doris to protect the privacy of your personal information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy. If you do not wish Doris to provide your personal information to our service providers, you may not use the Web Site for transactions.

   (ii) Disclosure to Doris International Inc. - Doris and Doris Hosiery Mills Ltd. are different entities, but have a close business relationship. Doris may disclose your personal information to Doris Hosiery Mills Ltd. in order to enable Doris Hosiery Mills Ltd. to provide you with the best possible shopping experience and provide you with information regarding its products and services. Doris Hosiery Mills Ltd. has agreed with Doris to protect the privacy of your personal information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy. If at any time you do not wish Doris to make any further disclosure of your personal information to Doris Hosiery Mills Ltd., please notify Doris at customerinfo@kushyfoot.com.

   (iii) Disclosure in Business Transfers - Doris may be involved in the sale or transfer of some or all of its business. As part of that sale or transfer, Doris may disclose your personal information to the acquiring organization, but will require the acquiring organization to agree to protect the privacy of your personal information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy. Tracking Information - Doris may use non-personal information to create aggregate tracking information reports regarding Web Site user demographics, Web Site traffic patterns, and Web Site purchases, and then provide those reports to advertisers and others. None of the tracking information in the reports can be connected to the identities or other personal information of individual users. Doris also may link tracking information with personal information voluntarily provided by Web Site users. Once such a link is made, all of the linked information is treated as personal information and will be used and disclosed only in accordance with this Policy.

9. Location of Information - Doris will store and process your personal information in Montreal, Province of Quebec, Canada and in Vancouver, Province of British Columbia, Canada.

Web Site Use Agreement and Web Site Transaction Agreement - The Web Site Use Agreement governing your use of the Web Site (which may be viewed by clicking here) contains important provisions, including provisions disclaiming, limiting or excluding Doris' liability for your use of the Web Site and provisions determining the applicable law and exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes regarding your use of the Web Site. Each of those provisions applies to any disputes that may arise in relation to this Policy and Doris' collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, and are of the same force and effect as if they had been reproduced directly in this Policy.

Former Users - If you stop using the Web Site or your permission to use the Web Site is terminated, Doris may continue to use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Policy as amended from time to time.
