Any item purchased from Kushyfoot.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a prompt refund or exchange as long as all merchandise is in its original condition and packaging with all labels attached. Please note that all of our products, with the exception of Flats to Go®, ship as 3 pairs per order. For this reason, all three packs need to be returned unworn and in their original package in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Shipping and handling costs to return an item is at the customers expense. You will however receive a full refund of shipping and handling costs if there was an error on our part and we shipped you the wrong product(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to make your purchase.
Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
If you ordered a product and did not receive it in the estimated delivery time indicated on our website, please have your order number handy and call or email us so that we can help you track the shipment. If the goods are not found, we will gladly send you a new order.
